Service Work
Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas
Student Volunteer
Since the summer of June 2015, I have volunteered at Baptist Hospital every Friday evening. From working in the Emergency Room, to working in Pediatrics, I have gained so much experience in various fields.

Volunteering at Baptist Hospital has led to me being recognized with the Presidential Volunteer Bronze Award (2), and the Healthcare Scholarship. With over 400+ hours logged, I plan to expand this number further throughout undergrad.
Some Other Place
Feeding the Hungry
Some Other Place, located in Beaumont, TX, is dedicated to providing food for the homeless. Some of my duties while volunteering there would be preparing, packaging, and serving meals to those who need it most. I find it important to volunteer in soup kitchens, such as this, as they rely on volunteers year-round in order to keep it functionally properly.

Southeast Texas Food Bank
The Southeast Texas Food Bank, located in Beaumont, TX, is dedicated to providing food for the homeless, supplies for local educators, and providing support for our veterans. Some of my duties include creating food packages for senior citizens, organizing food by category, and volunteering for the school supply drive. It is important that the Food Bank remains in operation as thousands of citizens from Southeast Texas depend on it on a daily basis.
